"We had the pleasure of hiring Rich on the 5th of August 2023 to sing solo at our wedding. This consisted of two sets of various songs all within the swing theme. We had the option to choose from an extensive song list to suit our special day. Rich sang to our guests as they arrived and followed on after the ceremony. Wow, what more can we say all our guests during the time of the performance really enjoyed listening to Rich sing. Most of all in our opinion he was great. If you were to compare his prices for what he does, both myself and my husband would highly recommend having Rich to sing at any event you may be hosting. Our guests ranged from teenagers to the elderly and each and every one of them were either singing along or tapping along to Rich as he sang. If we'd of had Rich singing at night, 100% our guests would of been up and dancing. Taken from Google, verified. "

"Barry Cohen was the perfect wedding musician and DJ for our wedding party and venue. He was very professional and he covered everything that we had asked him to do according to the schedule of the day. His easy-going style and confidence helped ease the day. I am still receiving positive comments about his services from family and friends. He's a very talented musician as well, so there is a lot of value to having him perform at the wedding/reception."

"They were incredibly patient with all our changing requests and emails, always responding within an hour to our emails. They made do with the little space we could give them for their setup which we really appreciated, and brought all their own equipment. The music was amasing; upbeat and joyful jazz. Everyone at our wedding loved them! Couldn't recommend more! Wished we could have had them for longer on the day!"

"George was one of the few prepared to accept a booking from Australia. Thanks, well prepared arrived in plenty of time, little too loud for my 90 yr old deaf mum to begin with but toned it down for her until people were ready to dance and then was loved by all. He made my mums party special, one which she will never forget, he made her feel special too"

"With all the hype going to Wynton Marsalis, you might not guess that there are other, lesser-known, straight-ahead trumpet players out there who are consistently ripping the hide off the ball. This, Rick Holland's auspicious debut, is an impressive effort. The trumpeter leads his quartet, backed by a solid Michigan-based rhythm section: pianist Terry Lower, bassist Ed Fedewwa, and drummer Larry Ochiltree, through a fiery trail of originals and standards, interspersed with some fine balladry. Holland's sensitive ear translates to some tight arrangements and a well-organized program. On flugelhorn, he boasts a rich, full tone that purrs with warmth. On the faster tunes, he steams. This is the kind of jazz that feels just right on a wintry day, with the fireplace in full throttle, and the feet resting on a cushion: it hits the spot perfectly, drenched with emotional power and skillful fortitude. "Rick Holland and his band played our wedding on August 28, 2010. Rick could not have been more accommodating to my husband and my wants and needs for music at the wedding. We communicated through email, over the phone, and met with each other once to go over the details. Rick was very thorough and always set our minds at ease. During our ceremony, his quartet played us up the aisle with a romantic song and down the aisle with ''Fireworks'' which set the mood for the festive evening to begin. The cocktail hour began immediately following the ceremony and Rick''s band did not miss a beat....the little big band entertained guests while they mingled and got a bite to eat. When the wedding party was ready to be announced, Rick took the microphone as we were all introduced. After the speeches were out of the way, Rick and the band let loose! With a full band and two singers, a male and a female, we partied for the next four hours! The guests were dancing, singing, and truly having a great time as did we! The band definitely made the night! The songs were exactly what we requested and the sound quality was superb. I would gladly book Rick and his band for another occasion as well as recommend them. "Annelise was perfect for our event, a welcoming drink on the terrace and an after dinner breakout. Really set the scene for a laid back enjoyable gathering. Annelise arrived on time set up with minimum fuss, was flexible and sang beautifully . Perfect."
