"Through the 11 years that I have known Rory both as a friend and colleague, I have found him to possess many excellent qualities. He is extremely organised and pays close attention to detail. I have worked in his band Diaspora since 2013 and found him to be very efficient in running his production company Red & Black Music. The events are always diligently co-ordinated with all the operational info sent out well in advance, so we always know what to expect. I have found Rory to be very reliable and always keeps his word. I think he would be a great asset to any music or arts organisation. He has a wealth of knowledge to impart to peers from his years of music-making. His approach is fun and engaging whilst bringing lots of ideas to the table."

"Rory played solo saxophone at our event, his performance was top class, choice of music just right for the occasion, the solo saxophone perfectly complemented our event which was an afternoon vintage garden party. In addition Rory is a thoroughly good guy and top company."

"Absolutely fabulous! Im guessing its not everyday you get asked to be a wedding surprise but Rory was incredibly professional and organised even when we were delayed. The performance was flawless and beautiful, and was probably the most memorable part of our day. We very much hope to hire him again for future occasions."

"Rory did very well and we were delighted with his performance. He played some great Disney song covers on his sax that were huge crowd pleasures and unexpected. He also added some lively backing music and ramped up towards the end of his set which we had asked for and he delivered. He was very pleasant and respectful, blended in to the background but was always nearby and could be heard, he moved around to suit the movements of the guests around the garden which was great. He definitely lifted the atmosphere and got people in more of a relaxed celebration mode! Please send our thanks for Rory, he did an excellent job for us. Thank you also for sorting everything out and organising the transport etc. - much appreciated, great service and will recommend. Best wishes, John."

"Sol Chango were such an amazing band to have at our wedding. We booked them for our wedding cocktail and they provided a fantastic yet understated atmosphere. We asked them to play more upbeat music for their second set and they delivered a such a great performance. They came highly recommended and we couldn’t have been happier with them. Tivemos a grande sorte de conhecer o Felipe, desde o primeiro instante que ouvimos as suas musicas, vimos os seus vídeos e conhecemos o seu percurso, soubemos que ele era a pessoa ideal para dar esse toque especial que queríamos para o nosso casamento. Conhecemo-nos pessoalmente dias antes do evento, e desde esse momento sentimos que estávamos a falar com um amigo, sempre muito atento, ouviu-nos e aconselhou-nos e sobretudo com um grande sorriso que o caracteriza. No dia do casamento tudo saiu incrível, tal como o que tínhamos imaginado para o nosso casamento, mas se há uma coisa que nunca vamos esquecer é a linda musica que o Felipe pode partilhar connosco.
