Review Centre: Wedding Ceremony Musicians

"We found Stephan Kane through an internet search for wedding musicians. We wanted a solo guitarist to play classical music while guests were arriving, to provide the processional and recessional music for the ceremony, and to play more contemporary pieces during the cocktail hour. Stephan more than lived up to our expectations. He met with us over Zoom some weeks before the wedding, and was extremely helpful in explaining what he offers and in assisting us in compiling our list of pieces. His playing was simply beautiful -- he created the perfect ambiance, and many of the guests complimented his musicianship. His playing brought tears to my eyes as I walked down the aisle. His rates are very competitive, and he even adapted a favorite song of ours, at no extra charge, to play during the recessional. His demeanor is professional and friendly, and he looked like he was having a great time playing for us. We would use him again in a heartbeat. "

"I cannot recommend Mike Collins highly enough. From beginning to end, he was professional, flexible and a joy to book. My Mum and Dad (sadly) couldn't travel to Liverpool for my engagement party, and so Mike was tasked with bringing Liverpool to them, and boy, did he do just that! He surprised my parents and made their night one to remember, with joyful dancing and singing along in their garden. He really was the most kind, compassionate and wonderful entertainer for the job! He made my mum and dad's night, and what a talent you are, Mike! Playing all the hits from The Beatles, to Gerry and the Pacemakers and some rock n roll greats in between! I cannot thank you enough for the joy and happiness you brought to us all. You went above and beyond and videoed the whole thing so not only could we watch the joy once our own party had ended, but so my mum and dad have this very special memory to watch again and again! You also laminated (and beautifully delivered!) my little speech to give to my parents - again, a very kind touch and something they can treasure forever. I am over the moon with your service, and will be booking you again in the future as you are worth every penny. Thank you, from our whole family, for being incredible, Mike! Stay safe x"

"Sarah Martyn Acoustic Duo played for us at short notice and were absolute superstars. Not only do they sound wonderful – and they really do! – but they are warm and generous with their time and the audience. They were heroes to turn a damp tent and a shy crowd at a charity fund-raiser into a mini Glastonbury of fun, and the playlist was perfectly pitched for the age range – from Birdy to Clapton via George Ezra and Fleetwood Mac. We all loved it, and there’ve been so many compliments paid to them ever since. "Just seeing their video of "All of Me," when I still didn't have clear the place to celebrate the banquet, the only certainty was that I wanted to have them. And so it was, and I couldn't have chosen better. The wedding day was somewhat hectic from the first minute, but Marti and Eduard knew how to stay calm at all times, and they made everything a success. For this reason, in addition to their professionalism, flexibility, and kindness, I would recommend them without a doubt."

His ability to connect with an audience, having them sway to the rhythm of his guitar truly brought the event to life.
