"I hired Matt as a surprise for an hour for my friends Hen Party and he was brilliant! There was only ten of us but within five minutes of playing he had us all up and dancing. Matt was very professional with his correspondence but flexible enough on the evening to accommodate any requests we had. The bride to be turned up fashionably late but he didn't complain or cut his set short. I would definitely recommend him for anybody looking for a musician for any event! Thank you Matt for making it a great night for everybody! (10 / 10)"

"we booked Raphael and the Blue moon jazz band a year ahead for our wedding in Montalcino in September. Raphael was so professional and sweet all through our planning, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. At the wedding day they arrived and and just started to play in front of the guest at the reception. everyone loved it. they were so kind and joyful, and was playing for hours with the biggest smile. so romantic and perfect for our wedding. we just sat in the sun, drinking champagne, eating delicious food and listened to real italian jazz. it couldn’t have been more perfekt. So if you want real italian mood for your wedding, a over the top professional band and some talented musicians, you have to book The Blue Moon Jazz Trio. We loved it! We wish you (Raphael and the band) all the best. Love Ken and Cecilie"

"What can I say - you guys were absolutely phenomenal. If I could have said one thing in particular made the wedding spectacular, it would be the band. "Thank you once again for making my father’s birthday party such a great success. Having the party on a boat made for slightly more difficult logistics but your professional yet flexible and enthusiastic approach to the situation really helped. On arrival you quickly tuned into the nature and tone of the event and your personality and sense of fun charmed everyone. You play the accordion wonderfully and is the perfect accompaniment to your beautiful voice transporting us all to a timeless Left Bank cafe in Paris. As you know, my father was enchanted by you. He said that you were the absolute highlight of the party. And that’s the first time I can remember dancing with my mum! "

"The Unknowns have a new EP out. “Uninvited” is a delightful five-song collection that shows off some cool soul and tango influences in addition to the band's usual jazz/pop/folk mix and superb three-part harmonies. Don’t let their ironic naming fool you; you’re going to want to invite this band in and get to know them. "
