"I hired Animosque for my wedding and they were able to create the right atmosphere for the place. It was an half day wedding so they played for 8 hours and I must say the repertory was very large and we never get bored!!"

"We were so happy with the service we received from the band on Saturday night. Thank you so much. First class customer care. The singer arriving early in the morning to set up all of the sound and lighting equipment as we had requested. All very professional and accommodating. The band members were all a pleasure to deal with. Skilled musicians and entertainers who are able to adapt to their environment. They were superb!!!!! "Very struck by his talent and his professionalism. He knows what he’s doing. Comes in and outs on a good show that is really very consistent. We know he enjoys what he does, He’s like the ultimate professional. Greta songwriter. We appreciate the original material. We have an audience that also appreciates his material. When he does a cover he does it his way and not trying to imitate the original artist so I really appreciate his talent."

"How do you book a band for your wedding when you have different tastes in music from your partner? The bands repertoire was very interesting, there was something we could both agree on and a lot we thought our guests would enjoy. A week before our wedding we heard from the band. Joe was brilliant, we gave them a list of their repertoire that we liked, also a list (rather large) of music we’d like them to play as part of the disco. They also did requests on the night. The last comment we made with Joe was “You boys know what you are doing, do your best.” Joe and the lads did not let us down, they were absolutely superb. We can’t thank them enough for how amazing they made our wedding reception. Everyone was up and dancing. Chatting with our guests the next morning, everyone thought they were perfect & would highly recommend. If we had any regrets, it was that the night had to finish. We would definitely book them again. We booked the band based on their reviews and thank you to everyone who left them a review because the band are outstanding, and we highly recommend them to anyone. An invite to see them again wouldn’t go amiss. Thank you again Joe & crew. "

"Leader were very professional and helpful - from discussing music and their set up beforehand through to setting up on the day and entertaining us all! They did a fab job of learning our first dance song request and then we enjoyed a great set list that had all of our guests up on the dance floor until the end of the night. We highly recommend Leader - they made our wedding reception so much fun! "

"It’s March and still raining. I’ve trawled through some serious procrastination to decide where I’m going tonight; at least three decent live music offerings in Chester that I know of. And I’m sure the others were brilliant. Marblehead Johnson are, in their own words, a “tribute to the British Britpop music scene” and a “powerful combination of passion and quality.” A tribute band, to me, equals lunatic professionalism. To tribute a whole scene is a big ask. Good covers bands are rare enough, taking that enormous and unlikely step beyond random amateur recreation. But these guys really do tick the box of perfectionist, professional curators though. Friday night was time travel night with a set list that captured the point where British alt-rock got (largely) happy and popular (in a good way). A guitar dominated, looping and lurching opener with Ocean Colour Scene and The Riverboat Song; polished and convincing. Second song in and I’m braving the dance floor with the pointy shoed brigade. A few songs further and they offer me proof of their professionalism. A very-very-very long time ago I was lucky enough to make it into Brixton Academy and unfortunate enough to catch James on a sincerely off night. And I’ve heard James and Sit Down many times since: at home, on the radio, in DJ sets and covered-more-than-it-should-be. One of those beautiful songs that gets tired through over use. And on this particular Friday night I heard it come alive; all vitality restored. There were the things I expected; a good dose of Blur and Oasis both, Stereophonics, Bluetones and more, then some referencing back to foundation stones with The Who and The Jam. Marblehead Johnson switched between styles and musical voices with conviction; into acoustic things and seamlessly back out again. The magic of seeing grown men dance without a pint in hand happened repeatedly through the two sets. On any given set you pray for that one song you don’t see coming; the track you might flick through on the album that becomes something else entirely live. So it was with Blur’s Charmless Man. That perfect Blur poetry, simple, direct and delivered with energy. Marblehead Johnson are a good distance from being charmless. They are careful collectors and curators of songs; fine musicians and performers.!"

"I’ve never seen any other artist play for three and half solid hours without taking a single break. We love Michael, I can’t even put into words and he’s, we look forward to his visit every year and it’s the only band I stop what I am doing and come out and watch. He could play anywhere and fill any venue and here he is and I always say I am so humble he is here. He could play downtown Calgary somewhere in a venue eight times this size and have it packed full."

"We are so happy to have chosen The Glory for our wedding reception. They are a really talented band who played a wonderfully diverse range of music. All our friends and family, and across all age groups present. They were humorous, friendly and co-operative, engaged with all the people. And encouraged everyone to get on to the dance floor. A fantastic night, thank you so much and please pass on our gratitude. Mark Williams & Christina Riley *****"

"The Hornbeams played during our Church Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast. It was such memorable part of our day with many guests asking “who are the acoustic duo? - They’re incredible”.  We all enjoyed listening and watching this amazing talent. The song choices were perfect and accompanied our relaxed event seamlessly. We would highly recommend this stunning and talented acoustic duo."
