"Pete St John, April 2012 . It happened as it always does in the folk music world ….. Unexpectedly !! … Four fine balladeers from Ballyfermot came to me singing my songs . They had fallen in love with a song I had written about the ongoing and inevitable subject of Emigration in the Irish way of Life . I had tried , in this particular song , to bring a little lightness to the subject … by admitting that Irishmen are all mammy’s boys !! .. the girls are special and loved but the boys are mammy’s pets !!! . And when they are far away from home they always want to call the Mammy !! “ Rambling Rose or Rambling Paddy Don’t forget to call the Mammy !! “ What a bonus for me !! … I could not be happier !! "Vicki played Ibiza Sax for us at my friends festival theme hen party on Saturday and she was absolutely amazing!! She was lovely to deal with from start to finish and easy to get in contact with, booking was so easy and she contacted me straight away to confirm all of the details. She is an amazing Saxophonist, the music had everyone up dancing and she really brought some Ibiza Saxophone magic to the day! The bride had no idea Vicki was going to be playing for us so to see her shocked face when Vicki started playing was brilliant!! "I had the pleasure of meeting Jose at a medical conference where we struck up a conversation with ease. During our conversation, he mentioned that he plays the saxophone. We couldn't resist the opportunity to hear him play, so we gathered around to listen. His performance was flawless and the crowd was delighted. It was truly amazing to witness his talent and I am grateful to have been among the people who appreciated it. I would definitely give him a five-star rating!"
